A GINILINI CREATOR is someone who turns personal experience into value for others by providing it on GINILINI.
They share something they have actually lived through, reflect on what they learned, and make that experience available to people who may need it today.
GINILINI helps turn the experience into different formats and makes it accessible to our LOVERS.
CREATORS are fairly rewarded whenever their experience creates value.

FIRST STEP
Anyone can submit a personal experience to GINILINI through our submission form. [LINK]
So, in principle, you can become a GINILINI CREATOR as well.
SELECTION
The GINILINI editorial team decides whether, when, and for how long an experience will be offered on the platform.
CURATION
If accepted, we curate the experience, assess its plausibility where reasonably possible, and work together with the CREATOR to identify and shape the essence of the experience that may be most valuable to others.
SUPPORT
GINILINI supports the CREATOR in preparing the experience for the different formats – from a OnePager to video.
REQUIREMENTS
CREATORS share their experiences openly and personally. This includes, in particular, creating a DIY video and being willing to answer at least one follow-up question from a LOVER.
The collaboration is governed by a GINILINI CREATOR Agreement.
GINILINI FOUNDER CREATORS
The first 100 GINILINI FOUNDER CREATORS receive a special status and preferential terms.
They will be numbered from 1 to 100 and may, if they wish, be featured by name on the website.
GINILINI CREATOR REVENUE MODEL

As a GINILINI CREATOR, you provide your lived experience once. Together, we turn it into a GINILINI experience that can be discovered and purchased by others.
GINILINI takes care of the platform, presentation, marketing, sales, payment processing and administration.
As long as your experience is available on GINILINI, you participate in the revenue it generates.
GINILINI 10
Share your experience. Stay in the background. Earn 10%.
You provide your lived experience for the OnePager and record the corresponding Audio.
You do not need to appear publicly in a video and can remain anonymous if you wish.
Your revenue share: 10%
You receive 10% of the relevant revenue generated from the sale of your GINILINI experience.
Your main contribution is made once. After publication, GINILINI takes care of making your experience available to others.
GINILINI 25
Show the person behind the experience. Earn 25%.
In addition to the OnePager and Audio, you provide a personal CREATOR Video recorded with your smartphone based on a simple GINILINI structure.
By showing yourself and telling your story personally, you give LOVERS a deeper and more human connection to your experience.
Your revenue share: 25%
You receive 25% of the relevant revenue generated from the sale of your GINILINI experience.
Again, your main contribution is made once. Your experience can then continue generating revenue for as long as it is offered on GINILINI.
GINILINI LIVE CALLS
Some experiences may also be accompanied by a GINILINI Live Call where LOVERS can meet and exchange perspectives around the topic.
CREATOR participation is entirely voluntary.
If you would like to join a Live Call connected to your experience, you are very welcome to participate free of charge.
There is no obligation to attend, host, moderate, or regularly contribute.
GINILINI takes care of the organization and moderation.
Experience sold for €10 net → GINILINI 10 earns €1 / GINILINI 25 earns €2.50.

GINILINI turns it into an accessible product, operates the platform and brings it to people who may benefit from it.
And whenever your experience creates commercial value, you participate in that value.

TAX & LIABILITY
CREATORS are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings.
Further provisions regarding liability, usage rights, and the collaboration are set out in the GINILINI Terms of Use and the CREATOR Agreement.

GET IN TOUCH

Feel free to use the experiences already available on GINILINI as inspiration for the format, content, and level of depth.
Then get in touch with GINILINI through our contact form.
We will arrange a call to discuss your experience, its relevance, and how it could be brought to life on GINILINI.
If GINILINI decides that your experience is a good fit for the current portfolio, we will take it from there and develop it together. -

ONEPAGER
You only need to put in the effort once: you provide GINILINI with your experience in the requested format and within the specified length.
From there, we work together to shape and finalize the content for publication. -

AUDIO
Once the OnePager is finalized, you simply read it aloud and record yourself doing so. In English or in German, whatever is more convenient to you.

VIDEO
GINILINI will provide you with a script containing the questions we would like you to address one by one in your video.
The video should not feel staged or scripted. Keep it relaxed, natural, honest, clear, and as concise as possible.
Simply record the video on your phone and send it to GINILINI.
We will take care of the editing, add the necessary copyright and privacy notices, and provide subtitles.
Videos can be recorded in either German or English. -

FAQ
Everyone gains experience throughout life.
Most of those experiences eventually disappear into random conversations, memories, or old notes.
At GINILINI, experiences can live on and become available to other people exactly when they need them.
And along the way, you can also earn some money by sharing what you have learned by providing it on GINILINI. Every time when someone needs it and is ready to pay for it, you earn money.
You will receive a GINILINI CREATOR Agreement once it has been decided that your experience will be included in the GINILINI portfolio.
Regardless of when you start as a GINILINI CREATOR, your agreement will run until December 31 of the respective calendar year. The collaboration may then be renewed for the following year.
You may already have additional materials that complement your experience, such as checklists, templates, documents, guides, worksheets, personal articles, or publications. These can in principle also be offered through GINILINI, but this will be decided on individual basis.
For providing the platform, marketing, and handling the transaction, GINILINI retains 20% of the respective sales price.
Some questions cannot be answered simply by reading, listening, or watching.
Sometimes, it helps to meet the person behind the experience and others who are currently navigating a similar situation.
That is why GINILINI offers moderated one-hour online conversations via Microsoft Teams.
These calls take place once at least five participants have registered. They are moderated by GINILINI and provide a safe space to connect, exchange initial thoughts, reflect, and discover new perspectives.
If you participate as a GINILINI CREATOR and actively contribute your experience to the conversation, your participation is free.
The GINILINI LOVER pays a participation fee of €10.
